The house
Four rooms, one long exhale
Every treatment includes the run of the thermal circuit. Come early, stay late — the house is yours to move through slowly.
Thermal pool
A warm mineral soaking pool drawn from Sedona’s red-rock springs, held at a steady 102°F.
Cedar sauna
A hand-built western red cedar sauna and a bracing cold plunge, side by side for the full contrast circuit.
Tea lounge
A silent lounge with desert-herb tisanes, low light and deep chairs, for the hour before and after.
Rest rooms
Private heated relaxation rooms with weighted blankets, for a slow return before you step back outside.
How a visit unfolds
The arrival ritual
There is nothing to hurry. A visit to Halcyon has a rhythm of its own — here is how the hours tend to move.
01
Arrive & unwind
Come twenty minutes early. Change into a robe, pour a desert-herb tisane and ease into the warm thermal pool.
02
Your treatment
Your therapist meets you for a short, unhurried consult, then guides you into a treatment with no clock-watching.
03
Linger
Stay as long as you like. The sauna, tea lounge and rest rooms remain open to you until the studio closes.

In their words
What guests carry home
I’ve had massages all over the world. What Halcyon does differently is refuse to rush — I left feeling like I’d been away for a week, not ninety minutes.
Elena Rošvili — Flagstaff, AZ
The thermal circuit alone is worth the drive from Phoenix. Add the botanical facial and it’s the best two hours I give myself all month.

Before you come
Questions, answered quietly
Anything we haven’t covered? Call the studio at (928) 555-0142 and we’ll happily help.
What should I wear, and what’s provided?
A robe, sandals, towels and locker are all provided. For the thermal circuit, bring or buy a swimsuit; for treatments you’ll be professionally draped throughout.
How early should I arrive?
Twenty minutes is ideal. It gives you time to change, settle in the tea lounge and warm up in the thermal pool so your treatment begins from a place of calm.
Can I use the thermal suite without a treatment?
Yes. A Thermal Circuit Day Pass is $75 and includes the pool, cedar sauna, cold plunge, tea lounge and rest rooms for the day, subject to availability.
Do you accommodate couples?
We do. Our couples’ room hosts side-by-side treatments, and the Private Soak for Two reserves the thermal pool just for you. Book a week ahead for weekend evenings.
Are treatments safe during pregnancy?
Our prenatal massage is designed for the second and third trimesters. We’ll skip the hot thermal circuit and adjust any treatment — just let us know when you book.
Give the gift of quiet
Some gifts are simply time to breathe.
A Halcyon gift card is a standing invitation to slow down. Choose any amount or a specific ritual — we’ll send a hand-set card, digitally or by post.
